At The Wudum Boutique, we want you to shop with confidence. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy under the terms outlined below. Please review this policy carefully before initiating a return.
🔁 1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be returned in their original condition, including tags, packaging, and accessories
- Include a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage
- Return requests submitted after 30 days
📦 3. How to Initiate a Return
All returns are processed by mail only. We do not currently accept in-store or drop-off returns.

🚚 4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to customer preference (such as size, color, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), The Wudum Boutique will cover the return shipping cost.
- Prepaid return labels are not currently available.
💰 5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. As long as returned items meet our eligibility requirements, no additional fees will be applied.
⏳ 6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
⚠️ 7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability and your preference.
🛑 8. Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing immediately after purchase.
For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may return it after delivery by following the return process outlined above.
